Professor.E offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and archive pieces may be marked as final sale.
Initiate Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring all Professor.E garment tags and branded dust bags are included.
Shipment
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days of receiving your RA.
Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding initial shipping costs.
